I'm no stranger to transition. After losing my mom to breast cancer at just 14 years old, I began a lifelong search for wellness, wholeness, and purpose.
Over the years, I've blended my background in business, holistic wellness, and functional health coaching to help women move through uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
I’m deeply passionate about creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported. I bring compassion, lived experience, and science-backed tools into every session I lead.
